What is BBQ Rub Sweet?

Barbecue is a method of preserving meat then it only follows that modern-day Barbecue is an evolution of this process, changing over time into that great southern icon, pulled pork. Gives the meat a wonderful aromatic flavour, best to marinade for a good few hours before cooking. Great for pork but can be used on Pork Chops, chicken and even over vegetables.
