What is Garlic Granules?

Garlic granules, like their powdered cousin, are made of dried garlic that has been processed into a handy packaged kitchen spice. Containing no added salts or other spices, they measure in the same way that garlic salt is measured. This is important to remember, since the granules are not used in the same measurements as garlic powder. Garlic granules can be used to help minimize or even eliminate the use of table salt in the home. Perfect to add to meat as a rub, Quorn, roasted vegetables, for a wonderful flavour burst. Hydrate one part granules to 3 part water overnight. Perfect if you don't have any fresh Garlic.
