What are Ground Coriander Seeds?
Ground Coriander Seeds are the finely ground up plant material from the coriander plant. They are sun dried and separated from extraneous matter at origin. It is dark tan in colour with fawn specks. It has a warm, distinctive fragrant to it and has a mild, sweet taste to it.
Where do Coriander Seeds come from?
Coriander originates from India but is grown over a wide area of Western Asia and Southern Europe.
