Also known as Black Cumin or Black Caraway, Nigella Seeds are used as a spice, natural seasoning or for flavouring. The dry-roasted seeds can be used to flavour curries, vegetables and pulses.

Where do Nigella Seeds Come From?

Nigella Seeds come from Nigella Sativa, which is an annual flowering plant in the family Ranunculaceae, which is native to Eastern Europe and Western Asia. However, it has been naturalized over a wider area, including Europe and Northern Africa.
