Pickling Spice combines sweet and savoury flavours to add seasoning to any dish. It can include any of the following: mustard seeds, peppercorns, allspice, bay leaves, cinnamon, coriander, ginger, cardamom and cloves. It is often used when pickling vegetables such as onions and gherkins.
